What is a Retro Mirror Photobooth?
It’s a full-length interactive mirror that acts as a touchscreen photobooth. Guests can pose, tap the screen, take photos, add animations, and instantly receive their pictures via AirDrop, text, or email.
How much space do you need for setup?
We typically need a 10 ft x 10 ft area to comfortably fit the mirror, backdrop, red carpet, props, and guest flow.
How long does setup take?
Setup takes about 45–60 minutes, and breakdown takes around 30 minutes. This time is not counted toward your rental hours.
Do you provide an attendant?
Yes! Every mirror photobooth package includes a professional on-site attendant who handles the booth so you can enjoy your event.
Can we customize the photo templates?
Absolutely. We offer fully customizable templates to match your event theme, colors, fonts, and style. You can even send us your invitations for inspiration.
Do you offer instant sharing?
Yes — guests can instantly share photos via AirDrop, text message, and email. A digital gallery can also be delivered after the event.
Can the mirror booth go outdoors?
Yes, but it must be on a flat, shaded, and dry surface. If weather conditions are unpredictable, a covered area or tent is required to protect the equipment.
Do you charge travel fees?
For mirror photobooth bookings, we offer free travel within 30 miles of Escondido. Locations outside this area may have a travel fee depending on distance. Bloom bar packages include delivery and pickup within a 40-mile radius of Escondido.
How do I reserve my date?
A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.
What if my event runs longer than expected?
No problem! You can add extra time at $150 per hour, subject to availability.
Do you require power?
Yes, we need access to one standard outlet (110v) within 10–15 feet of the booth area.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 months in advance, especially for peak seasons like summer and holidays. But feel free to check our availability anytime!
Is Limitless Reflections Insured?
Absolutely! Limitless Reflections is fully insured, so you can book with confidence knowing your event is protected and your venue requirements are covered.
